The team at BodyBella Pilates Ltd is committed to making our website accessible to people with disabilities.

What web accessibility is

An accessible website allows visitors with disabilities to navigate and enjoy the content with the same level of ease as other visitors. This can be achieved through the use of assistive technologies and adherence to web accessibility standards.

Accessibility adjustments on this site

We have designed this website following WCAG 2.2 guidelines and have made it accessible to the level of AA. Our website's content is compatible with assistive technologies, such as screen readers and keyboard navigation. As part of our commitment to accessibility, we have also:

  • Utilized the Accessibility Wizard to identify and resolve potential accessibility issues
  • Ensured clear and logical content structure throughout the website
  • Provided descriptive alternative text for all images
  • Implemented high contrast color combinations for improved readability
  • Ensured all multimedia content is accessible.

Accessibility arrangements in the BodyBella studio

The nature of Reformer Pilates means that it is not suitable for everyone. We need to maintain levels of safety for our clients in the studio, so please don't be offended if Mel advises that Reformer Pilates is not for you.

Private 1-1 sessions at BodyBella with Mel means she can tailor the workout to your specific needs and disability.

If your disability is less severe it may be possible to attend a Group reformer class, with Mel offering alternative moves when required. Talk to Mel to work our what is best for you.

Our physical studio locations are equipped with various accessibility arrangements to ensure all individuals can fully enjoy our classes and services. These include but are not limited to an alternative entrance to the studio around the back of the house if you are unable to manage stairs, and facilities designed to accommodate individuals with disabilities.
