Terms & Conditions

We want everyone to have a fun and safe workout at BodyBella Pilates Ltd., so the following terms and conditions are enforced. By booking a class at BodyBella Pilates Ltd., you agree to these terms and conditions.
Health and Safety Policy

For the health and safety of our clients, we ask that you advise the instructor of any medical conditions and provide a medical certificate where necessary.This also goes for if you have any existing injuries; so your instructor can offer modifications in class to adapt where necessary.

Any new clients who are pregnant will need to present a signed medical consent from their doctor before joining the studio. Please contact Mel to discuss this before booking a class.

For good hygiene in the studio, we ask all clients to wear grip socks and clean their machines after the class.

All classes need at least two people to go ahead. If you are the only person booked in a class, we will contact you to organise an appropriate adjustment to the class time.

If you are unwell, stay home to take care of yourself. Remember to cancel your class and give as much notice as possible so someone on the waitlist can fill your place.

If you are new to Reformer Pilates, you must attend at least a minimum of three Beginner Reformer classes before joining the Group Reformer classes.

Please read the Health and Safety plan information in the studio so you are prepared and understand the plan if there is an earthquake or other emergency while you are at the studio.
Booking Policy

Bookings: You can book classes up to 6 months in advance using the BodyBella site available in the Wix Spaces app, but your class is not confirmed until payment is made.

Classes: All classes are booked using the BodyBella site on the Wix Spaces app. You will need to download the app to your mobile device to complete bookings. Instructions to guide you through this process are in our FAQs.

Waitlist: Booking through the Wix Spaces app allows you to book onto a waitlist if the class is full. When you are on the waitlist for a class and someone cancels, you will receive an email notification inviting you to confirm a booking in the class, and you have three hours to accept it before the offer moves to the next person on the waitlist. You have to accept the offer from the waitlist confirming you are booked in to the class to finalise your place in that class.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: All class cancellations must be made through the BodyBella site using the Wix Spaces app as soon as possible to give people on the waitlist a chance to book into the class.

Cancellation window: All classes: Beginner, Group Reformer, and Private Sessions have a 12-hour cancellation window. What this means is:

If you cancel within the 12-hour window of the class booking, you will be charged full price for the class or private session.

If you do not show up to your class or private session, a 'No Show', you will be charged full price for the class.

Payment in these cases will be made through the normal method for the class, including a class pack or subscription.

You are able to cancel your class booking outside of the 12-hour window with no charge. This cancellation will need to be made using the Wix Spaces app that is used for managing the class bookings.

All payments need to be up to date in order to make future class bookings.
Payment Policy

Standard class price: The standard price for a Beginner or Group Reformer class is $32 per person.

Discount class price for class packs and subscriptions: Using 'Class packs' or 'Subscriptions' to pay for your Beginner or Group Reformer classes is charged at a discounted price of $30 per person, per class.

Introductory class price: The price of a 30-minute introductory session is $18 per person.

Class Packs: A class pack can be purchased to pay for multiple classes. These can be used to attend either Beginner classes or Group Reformer classes. The class pack must be purchased before you attend the class. Pricing for class packs:

$120 for a 4-class pack.

$240 for an 8-class pack.

$300 for a 10-class pack.

Class packs are valid for six months.

As outlined in the Cancellation Policy, if you do not attend a class ('no show') or cancel the class with less than 12 hours' notice, your class will be deducted from your class pack.

Subscription: A subscription is a weekly payment made using Internet Banking to prepay for your upcoming classes. These must be made in advance of the classes and will entitle you to the discounted class price of $30 per person per class.

It is your responsibility to keep track of the classes you have attended, cancelled, or rescheduled to ensure your payment is kept up to date.

If you cancel a class with more than 12 hours' notice, you can swap to another class. You have a calendar month to use the credit for a class.

As outlined in the Cancellation Policy, if you do not attend a class ('no show') or cancel the class with less than 12 hours' notice, you will pay for the class in full using your subscription.

Private sessions: Please contact Mel to book a private session, since these sessions are run outside of the normal Reformer timetable.

45 minutes is $60.

55 minutes is $75.

Duo (two people) for a 45-minute session is $120.

Payment for Bookings: Payment is required on the day before your class booking. You can book classes up to 6 months in advance using the BodyBella site available in the Wix Spaces app, but your class is not confirmed until payment is made.

Payment methods: You can pay with your debit/credit card through the website when you book a class or buy a class pack or subscription, or by internet banking before the class or EFTPOS in the studio.

Occasionally, BodyBella Pilates Limited may need to cancel a class due to illness, instructor availability, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. BodyBella Pilates Limited reserves the right to cancel classes, and we will give you as much notice as possible.

BodyBella Pilates Ltd. operates an online shop on our website, bodybella.co.nz, where we are selling items available to purchase in the BodyBella studio, spikey balls, Pilates socks, magnesium spray and eGift cards.

BodyBella operates the online shop using the safe and secure payment processing platform Eway to complete transactions. Eway is connected to BNZ merchants in New Zealand and accepts payments from major credit and debit card companies, such as Visa, MasterCard, and Amex.

We encourage our regular clients to consider the pickup from studio option when they purchase products.

We can organise courier delivery of products purchased within New Zealand, this charged in addition to your purchase. Rural delivery is charged at a higher rate.
